Why am I missing activity data?

Not seeing your points on your activity data page?

First, please check to make sure your activities are syncing properly to the third party's site. We pull the data directly from their site, so if it's synced there, it should import OK.

We typically check for data every 3 hours, so if there is a delay this might be why. You can force a data import by clicking "Check For New" on your activities page at https://higi.com/activity/list

If you're still having trouble finding your missing data, you may need to reauthorize your device. To do so:
1. Log in to your account at higi.com/login
2. Go to higi Settings (higi.com/settings) > Click Apps and Devices
3. Click "reauthorize" next to the app/device that's giving you trouble

A check-in can take an average of 24 hours to fully update to your account. However, the 24 hour period is an average and the actual update time can take up to 72 hours. 
If your check-in data is not updated after that time frame please let us know and we will be happy to assist.
