How do I reauthorize my activity tracking app/device?

  1. Log in to your account at higi.com/login
  2. Go to 'Settings' ​
  3. Click 'Apps and Devices'
  4. Click "Reauthorize" next to the app/device that's giving you trouble
Once you're done, your activities should import to your account. Please feel free to email support@higi.com with any further questions or concerns.
