To log into your higi account online, please make sure you are at secure.higi.com/login (not our "new user" sign-up page at higi.com). If you can't remember your password, use the 'Forgot Password' link.
If you are still having trouble, please let us know which web browser and device you are using to access your account. We are optimized to run on the most up to date versions of Safari (Mac only) Firefox, Google Chrome, and Internet Explorer (Windows only). We are not compatible with mobile web browsers and/or Windows XP.
If you are attempting to log in with the higi app, please make sure you are using an iPhone with iOS 7.1+, Android, or an Android tablet.
If you're having trouble logging in at a higi Station, please send us the store name and address of the unit you used and we will investigate!
