We are compatible with the iPhone (iOS 7.1+), Android, and Android tablets. If the app is crashing, please try updating it via your app store to make sure you are running the most up-to-date version.

To find the app version, open the higi app, go to Menu > Settings > Scroll to the bottom of that screen and you will see the version # under "Log Out" (i.e. Version 184.108.40.206).
