How do I import my fitness activity?

First, link your activity trackers to higi:
  1. Log in to your account at
  2. Go to 'Settings'
  3. Go to 'Apps and Devices'
  4. Find the app/device you wish to link and click "Connect"
  5. Log into the third party account

Once your trackers are linked to higi, your fitness activity from that day and beyond should automatically import into your account.

If you're having trouble importing your data, try these steps to re-authorize your device:

  1. Log in to your account at
  2. Go to 'Settings' ​
  3. Click 'Apps and Devices'
  4. Click "Reauthorize" next to the app/device that's giving you trouble
Once you're done, your activities should import to your account.
