How do I verify and save my phone number to my account?

Please follow the instructions below to add your mobile phone number to your account. Once your phone number is saved and verified, you’re ready to use it to log in!

Have you added your mobile phone number to your higi Settings?


Add your phone number online at higi.com:
  1. Turn off your WIFI on your mobile phone, then log into your higi account at higi.com
  2. Go to "Account Settings"
  3. Click "Edit Mobile Number" and add your mobile number
  4. You will receive a text to the phone number that you entered
  5. Be sure your WIFI is turned off, and click the link that was texted to you
  6. You will receive a success message on your phone and you'll be able to use your phone number to log in on your next visit to the higi station!

Add your phone number in the higi app:
  1. Turn off your WIFI on your mobile phone, then open up the higi app and tap "Log In"
  2. Go to "Settings"
  3. Select "Personal"
  4. Tap "Mobile Number"
  5. Add your mobile number and tap "Save"
  6. You will receive a text message to the phone number you entered
  7. Be sure your WIFI is turned off, and click the link that was texted to you
  8. You will receive a success message on your phone and you'll be able to use your phone number to log in on your next visit to the higi station!
